I then was giving the statement that my order was just shipped (today). Had I not checked, I would have not had my order processed. The process has got to get better. The person told me that the items were on back-order, if that was the case, then notification to the customer about the status should have been sent out. I wanted to cancel my order, but they will still make money off of you because they charge 15.90 for shipping and handling which cost more than the product. I as well will be filling a complaint with the BBB.
