Riverton

I’m all about the contests lately and I’ve really been wanting to read more… Katy is holding a contest at her personal blog - Faster the Chase - to win a book, The House at Riverton by Kate Morton. To have a chance at winning, all you have to do is head over to this entry at her website and copy the text at the bottom on to a blog at your website. Easy, right? This will be the first of many contests so make sure you check out her blog regularly. She will ship anywhere in the world so everyone is free to enter.

Tattoo Contest Round 4

So, Amanda’s tat has made it to round 4. You should all help her to round 5 and even win by clicking here to vote. Her tattoo is entry #74… the only good one. If you’ve already voted you can vote again, I think. All you need to do is enter a valid email address and then check your email, your vote doesn’t count until you click the link in the email they send… no worries there’s no spam!

Here’s her tattoo:

Once a heathen, always a heathen

There’s a cool caption your childhood photo contest going on over at ScribbleScratch. This is my entry… I believe I am about 8 in this photo and it makes me laugh to this day. I am a little hellian at heart! *cracks up* Look at little Les in the background.

Believe it or not the caption actually has relevance because when Les and I were little, we listened the hell out of some Vanilla Ice. I partly blame him for our strange ways, but at any rate, “Word to your mother” came out of our mouths quite a few times, and Les probably got her ass busted for it.

:D
