Shawn works for a company that installs sprinkler systems across Tennessee and Kentucky… Sometimes he has to drive for quite a while every day to get to work, and sometimes he has to go out of town for a few days at a time. Today we were on our way to the grocery store to buy some food for dinner and he told me that he’ll be staying in Knoxville for TEN WEEKS sometime soon…
I’m so sad.

Aaaah… I’d be sad, too. Maybe those ten weeks won’t drag out (high hopes, I know!).

Ah, that sucks! My dad’s company sends people out of town for periods of time like that and I’ve always wondered how people deal.

That is sad. Although I could use a break from your brother (just kidding), I couldn’t be without him for that long. It would kill me. He needs another job!

10 weeks?
That sucks. I can say that it is doable, however. My husband was in Iraq for 15 months and I didn’t think I would survive but I did. So just start a countdown when he leaves … it makes it more bearable!
