So, I’ve already bombed on that whole no smoking thing…. about 4 times.

I figure if I can’t full on quit right now the least I could do is cut back, which I plan to do. It can’t hurt to regulate this whole thing and maybe not smoke most of an entire pack in 1 day. I figure I can have 4 for the time being, one on the way to work, one on my lunch break, one on the way home… and another later at night.

I was doing really good yesterday until the phone would not stop ringing off the hook, and every time it rang the sound got on my nerves just a little more than the last. I will nip it in the bud sooner or later, but this will just have to do for now.

I think trying to stop right now would be bad on you, emotionally. You have so many *stress* factors right now. And cutting back now will help when it comes time to stop all together. = ) If we can do it, you can too! We love you.

I quit smoking for a month and a half once. I still want to quit. It is just SOOOOOOOOOOOO hard!!!!!

You should try commit lozenges. I used them and they REALLY helped. I liked them more than the patch and the gum. I have tried it all.
